I absolutely LOVE this dentist office; they are definitely consistent across the board. The front desk staff is pleasant and accommodating. I appreciate how punctual they are as well. Let me not forget to add how extremely clean the facility is and how high-tech they are with all of their equipment. It was my 3rd visit here (the first 2 times were for a cleaning); this time I came in for a filling (yikes, nerve-wracking), and of course, like many, I DO NOT like needles. I shared that with the tech, and shortly after, he came in the room with a laser machine (instead of a needle to numb the area). I was skeptical; however, they explained what the machine does and how it works (it’s the new thing). They were not lying when they said I would not feel anything; I felt nothing! The procedure was done in less than 10 minutes (NO LIE). They have changed how I feel about and see the dental industry.

My mom in-law needs new dentures and she got them just in 3 weeks which is faster than other places. Then dentist and assistants are extremely nice and patient with the adjustments. They give so much support to help my mom in-law feels comfortable and right with her new teeth. She does not live here so her time is limited but the whole team try their best to accommodate us from scheduling date to drawing, shaping the dentures….We are deeply appreciate and highly recommend Smiles of Ocoee to everyone. I found Smiles of Ocoee through Google search because I had a dental emergency when I was in major pain from a toothache. They were able to fit me in the same day. Natasha, the awesome dental hygienist, was super understanding of my anxiety and very patient with me and Dr. Mezquia was also incredibly nice and informative. I couldn’t believe I got a crown the same day as my very first visit here!! I used to say that I would rather go to the gynecologist than go to the dentist (that’s how much I hated going to the dentist)NO MORE!!! Totally painless! Kindest staff anywhere and Dr Freddy is the sweetest dentist I have EVER met!! Do yourself a favor and make the appointment!!

Took my son for a new patient appointment. The staff are awesome and very welcoming. My 9 year old son who has been hesitant to return to a dentist office said he had an awesome time. The tech who work with him, took her time to make it an enjoyable and fun experience for him. Highly recommend.

My husband woke up with tooth pain Monday morning. We’re new to the area and had not chosen a dentist yet, but found Smiles of Ocoee with a Google search. He called and spoke to Melissa who was so kind and scheduled him for an emergency appointment same day. When we arrived I was welcomed to join in the exam room rather than sitting in the waiting area. Jennifer was phenomenal and got all the necessary information and X-rays done before sharing with the doctor. When Dr. Freddy came in he was kind, listened to my husband’s concerns and promptly came up with a plan to treat the cause of the severe pain as well as two other minor tooth pains he was dealing with. This was an emergency event, but they have definitely gained us as patients for all our future dental needs.

Today I went to Smiles of Ocoee after being in pain due to an impacted wisdom tooth. The entire process was quick and great. I went on their site today and got in today with the amazing help of Melissa. Once I arrived I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff. I was taken back by Natasha who was super friendly and explained everything in great detail. I later met with the Dr. Freddy who was amazing and patient… he ended up extracting my tooth and I felt no pain. I took my niece to the dentist she hadn’t been in a while. This office made her feel very welcome and everyone was very kind and down to earth. Especially Jamie, he was very caring and reassuring. He explained everything very well (my niece likes to ask a lot of question haha). There wasn’t a long wait and the office was very nice. A wonderful experience with this dentist office! I absolutely dread going to the dentist because it’s so disheartening, but Amber and Dr. Navarro were exceptional! They made sure I was comforting the entire time. They were extremely gentle and patient with me even though I was extremely nervous throughout. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve hated going to the dentist, but this office changed that for me entirely. The dentists were super attentive and the techs and admin were very sweet and were able to answer all of my questions when I had them. I spoke with a girl at the front desk when I wanted to book my next appointment.. I think her name was Niya or something like that. She handled me very quickly and got me the exact day and time i wanted. The office itself was very clean and had such a cozy asthetic, I felt extremely comfortable being seen here. I didn’t have any issues with my teeth after being serviced and they felt a whole lot better too! Come here if you want to feel your very best because I know I did y’all.

Such a wonderful, spotless, and pleasant dentist practice, Smiles Of Ocoee! Every time I visit for an appointment, the staff is friendly and welcoming . I felt really at ease and relaxed when I went in today to get my cleaning with Enhoe. My teeth are really sensitive, yet despite the fact that I kept shifting around, Enhoe was very patient with me and comforting. I am looking forward for my next cleaning with smiles of ocoee! thank you so much Enhoe for the amazing customer service you gave me during my cleaning, my teeth feel very relieved and clean!

My sister was in horrific pain. She had to have an abscess cleaned & removal of hardware. She waited as long as she could until Her pain superseded her fear of Dentists. The front office staff were friendly, helpful & kind. The dental assistant James was beyond patient & informative with my sister. The Dentist was absolutely phenomenal & I could not believe how quick & PAIN FREE the procedure went! My sister was a happy camper even during the procedure! She also stated that Dr. Navarrrete was easy on the eyes!! Thank you to the entire team for treating my sister exceptionally well.

This place right here is awesome. Great customer service. Very clean. They all have great personalities. That turned what would have been a scary appointment for me to a fun one. They also have a great payment plan that is so helpful. I love the atmosphere there and I will be back for sure. I hope to make this my new dentist office for my family.
