Dr. Michael Navarrete - Dentist in Ocoee | Smiles of Ocoee

Dr. Michael Navarrete was born in Colombia and raised in South Florida. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Dr. Navarrete graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biology. He obtained his doctorate of dental medicine degree at NSU College of Dental Medicine. He completed a 1-year advanced education in general dentistry residency in Hudson Valley, New York, at the Hudson Valley Castlepoint VA Medical Center.

Dr. Navarrete is an active member of the prestigious Academy of General Dentistry and is working towards becoming an honorary Fellow. He strongly believes in the value of continuing education and has completed advanced courses in Prosthodontic dentistry.

He has coordinated and volunteered in multiple mission trips to the Dominican Republic to provide free dental services to those in need. In his spare time, he enjoys recording and playing music, Exploring the outdoors, playing soccer, spending time with family and friends, and learning about new advancements in technology.
